[DUPLICATE] Cloud serpents mounts !!!

Bug description: It semms like all cloud serpents mounts are bugged.you can only ride them at lv 90 and only at lv 90 not below or higher.It would be great if this got fixed as soon as possible.
Proof: you can easily Try any cloud serpent mount with any character that is not lv 90 and you will see.
