Bug description: Should proc from Ranger's Net ( https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=200108&&name=ranger-s-net ) on bosses

( look at 0:15 ) he's casting ranger's net on boss and got proc of sephuz . Very important for Survival hunters .

Ranger's Net will no longer proc Sephuz's Secret on a target that is immune to Roots.

That was a temporary bug.
