[FIXED] Dispel vs ice barrier

Bugul consta in faptul ca ice barrier indiferent daca este purged sau dispeled sau mai stiu eu ce,orice in afara de damage done sa fie consumat efectul,se sparge si casteaza o nova...ceea ce este un mega impediment.
Dovada:Unmercey new video http://www.warcraftmovies.com/movieview.php?id=162279 ,dati la 12 minute si 14 secunde.Uitati-va cu atentie la Ice barrier de la mage si momentul in care este dispeled.

Shattered Barrier is currently activated when ice barrier is purged / dispelled.

It won't activate if you cancel the ice barrier buff.

It won't activate if the ice barrier buff runs out.

Any rank of ice barrier will proc it.

The effect does no damage therefore doesn't break CC.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Shattered Barrier shouldn't activate when dispeled, only when broken on damage.
