10 minute launch times

Hi there, i've made a previous topic similar to this one.
I'm having this issue where it takes roughly 10 minutes from my double click for me to actually see the game launcher open.
It runs in the background but only pops up after a long time of waiting.
Previous people on the forum have suggested i try switching to dx11 legacy, which i did and still did not fix the problem.
There is also the occasional crashing of the game whereby i just end up with a command prompt black box popping up.
Please anyone. help.

Same problem here. In Discord people told me to give antivirus and Firewall permision to the launcher, i did it and the problem still happens.

Move the entire folder to a new folder in C, it works.
