[110] Knowledge is Power - impossible to complete/abandon

Hello,

There is a quest in the class order hall, called Knowledge is Power, which is helping to increase the artifact knowledge up to level 15, and it's relatively easy.
However there is a situation when this quest is not doable. It is not displayed in the quest log, so it cannot be abandoned. And sadly it cannot be completed neither. The 'Continue' button is
gray even if I have the required 500 order hall resource.

Please fix this somehow, I would like to reach the maximum artifact knowledge but now it is almost impossible. A small bug, but it has a great impact on the game play.

Are you Artifact Knowledge level 15 or above? If so, you can only gain Knowledge of Power scrolls every 4 days (CD) as you can see in your second screenshot (Currently - "Cooldown: 23 hours").

I'm at artifact knowledge level 7 at the moment And I reeeealy need this quest to work to be able to reach level 15

It's acting as if it's in your quest log.

Try this (without quotes): " /run for i=1,GetNumQuestLogEntries() do SelectQuestLogEntry(i); SetAbandonQuest(); AbandonQuest(); end"

or clearing cache / WTF folder
