17 of january hotfixes

Hello, can someone help me find out if the hotfixes from 17 of january are implemented cuz i can't seem to find out the right tooltips for the spells in wow freakz data base. I am refering to this post: http://www.mmo-champion.com/content/6257-Patch-7-1-5-Hotfixes-January-17 . In here it says the following: Marksmanship
Aimed Shot, Arcane Shot, Barrage, Black Arrow, Bursting Shot, Marked Shot, Multi-shot, Murder of Crows, Piercing Shot, Sidewinders, Volley, and Windburst damage increased by 8%.
