Miza este foarte mare pentru Jeff Chang, un tânãr american de origine asiaticã. El împlineºte 21 de ani în ziua în care trebuie sã suþinã examenul la facultatea de medicinã. Doi prieteni foarte sãritori decid sã-i facã o surprizã ºi sã transforme seara de dinaintea examenului într-una de neuitat. Totul începe cu o bere ºi se terminã cu un scenariu similar celui din The Hangover. Distracþia dusã la extrem costã ºi nota de platã vine dimineaþa.
