May i ask if these three elites

Dalan Nightbreaker <Champion of Arms>

Alliance Mavis Harms <Champion of the Shadows>

Alliance Disha Fearwarden <Champion of the Light>

drops http://www.wowhead.com/item=93411/honorable-commendation-of-the-dominance-offensive
I killed them but the only item that drop was http://wow.gamepedia.com/Lion%27s_Landing_Commission and nothing more.. im asking because im searching a way to gain honor without queing in battlegrounds ...and my researches lead me to here ..so should they drop http://www.wowhead.com/item=93411/honorable-commendation-of-the-dominance-offensive or not?

easy honor can be done in Isle of Thunder, there's 7 daily quests, which can be done in @15 minutes if you`re low gear, and you`ll get @600 honor
