3rd relic

hello please my character name is : chermiti
im mm i can't find my 3rd relic quest i asked alot and searched i didin't find it !
i also finish the knowledge quests like other characters to find it but nothing so i don't know if its bug or maybe i didint' know how to do it

Me too, i can't unlock the third relique for the same reasons....
