4.3.4 IS COMING !

Cu siguranta majoritatea ati obervat faptul ca in ultimul timp nu s-a mai lucrat la 4.0.6a si v-ati dat seama si de ce... Am inceput sa lucrez serios la versiunea de 4.3.4 de ceva vreme si pot spune ca progresul este mai mult decat bun, majoritatea mecanismelor principale sunt functionale, chiar si din cele noi (void storage, transmogrification, guild finder, etc).
Pentru inceput vom deschide un test realm, in 2 saptamani cred, mai vreau sa repar diverse chestii inainte. Nu uitati, ca orice alta lansare de versiune noua, vor fi multe probleme si ne vom dedica la fel de mult pentru a le rezolva.

Da, stim ca ar mai fi lucruri de reparat pe 4.0.6a, dar niciodata nici un server privat nu va fi functional 100% cum e retailul, stiti povestea: e pe gratis, suntem putini, lucram cat de mult putem, insa nu o sa reusim niciodata sa facem totul si consideram ca ar fi timpul pentru o schimbare, toata lumea vrea asta.

Cateva informatii pe scurt:
- Nu isi va pierde nimeni caracterul, nu va fi wipe
- Test realmul va fi lansat in 2 saptamani si in functie de problemele pe care le mai intalnim lansarea oficiala va fi peste alte 3-5 saptamani. Pana de anul nou vom avea 4.3.4
- Cei cu donatii facute cu putin timp inainte de lansarea 4.3.4-ului veti primi iteme noi pe noua versiune (doar cei care nu au apucat/nu vor apuca sa se joace o perioada rezonabila cu itemele donate, ramane de vazut cine o sa primeasca si cine nu)
- Vom adauga un buff in raidurile actuale de damage boost pentru ca toata lumea sa apuce sa vada tot continutul PVE actual pana la urmatorul patch

You probably noticed that lately we haven't done any work on 4.0.6a and realised why... We have started working on 4.3.4 for a while and I can say the progress is quite amazing, many core mechanisms are functional, even some of the new ones (void storage, transmogrification, guild finder, etc).
At first, we will open a test realm, probably in 2 weeks, we still want to fix various stuffs before that. Don't forget, like any other new version launch, there will be a lot of problems and we will dedicate in fixing them as soon as possible.

Yes, we know there are still things to be fixed on 4.0.6a, but no private server will ever be 100% functional like retail, you know the story: it's free, we're short on manpower and working as much as we can, but we'll never have EVERYTHING working and we think it's time for a change, everyone wants that.

Few info:
- Nobody will lose their character, there will NOT be any wipe
- The test realm will be launched in 2 weeks and depending on the problems we encounter the official launch will be after another 3-5 weeks. Until new year we will have 4.3.4
- Those with donations made recently before the 4.3.4 launch will get new items on the new version (only those who haven't gotten to play a reasonable time with the donated items, we'll define later what "reasonable time" means)
- We will add a damage boost buff in current PVE raids so anyone can get to see all current content until new patch

List of things we will do until and after 4.3.4 release.

Before the release:

• [DONE]Merging Evolution with Genesis and Exodus, preparing the spot for the 4.3.4 AT Realm.
• [DONE]Added Strenght of Wrynn and Hellscream's Warsong in level 85 dungeons and raids except Baradin Hold.
• [DONE]Make a 4.3.4 freakz-direct-play torrent. link

After the release:

• XP Rates will be reduced to 10x.
• Honor Rates will be reduced to 2x on Exodus.
• Gold Rates will be reduced to 3x and ALL GOLD from Characters, mails, guild banks will be deleted.
• All Valor Points / Justice Points / Honor Points / Conquest Points will be converted into gold at 1:1 ratio.
• All arena teams and MMR will be deleted/reset to default.
• PvP Titles will be awarded to top arena teams 1 week before the release.

Information and answers to questions from this topic:

• All currently scripted dungeons and raids on 4.0.6 will still work on 4.3.4.
• We didn't set donation prices yet.
• PvE Scripting will start with the 3 dungeons and later on with the raids.
• We haven't looked yet into Raid Finder, an exact answer will be given after the test realm.
