Now that I am thinking, you could also get Restoration tier shoulders. And yes, offhand from Garrosh is BIS. You could still swap it out for the shield on Dark Shamans/Thok to reduce some damage taken.
I'm not sure of Kardis' Toxic Totem tho. Black Blood seems much better, because even with multistrike proccs, Kardris seems... lackluster at best.

Idd on retail most people used Kadris over blackblood for most classes.
