Regarding stats priority :


• 7.50 Expertise > 7.50 Hit > Agility > Mastery > Haste > Crit ( Mastery becomes better than pure Agility at a certain gear level , by that i mean gemming 320 Mastery / 160 Mastery 80 Agility becomes better than gemming 160 Agility .)
  
• You can also play haste build with Haste > Mastery > Crit but i highly recommend the Mastery build .

Regarding rotation and priority list :


• Contact me or anyone else who's willing to help ingame if we happen to be online at the same time.

For now I'd go with Mastery after reaching different thresholds (7,5% hit / expertise). Haste just doesn't make a big impact on your dps currently since the gear ilvl is rather low for Pandaria standards. For haste you'd need to spec completely into haste, neglecting hit and expertise mostly (which would wreck your dps since you miss).

In phase 2 (Throne of Thunder), haste becomes a more viable option, since the gear scaling; roughly + 40% equip stats (haste, mastery, crit, expertise and hit). Then it is easier to hit / expertise cap so you're left with more haste to use for Flurry (wowhead link).

Also due to Bloodlust talisman , Lei Shen trinket and the cool mace from Dark Animus which are awesome items for the build

Anyways another sweet and important enhancement shaman fix which i really did not expect to come so soon : Windfury Weapon , thats right Windfury and Maelstrom weapon !

Like i said yesterday , it wont stay for so long , it gives those kind of results because of the cooldown and burst possibilities , try comparing talents at 10M or even 15M and you will notice that the damage falls off pretty quick.

Also gonna say it again incase someone missed it : WINDFURY WEAPON is fixed boys .

Hi guys. I'm in trouble with my sham cz I have a lot of trinkets and idk what trinks should I use .. I know some of them are low , but in combination with other it can works very well.. I tested them a lot ( each one with each one at 20m dmg) but my dps depends on procs , crits and idk what trinks are the best cz my dps it's not the same every time ..

Hello , use Relic of Xuen ( this is one of your bis trinkets , not even heroic terror in the mists beats it , the second bis should be a heroic bottle ) , for your second trinket , use the LFR bottle , if you are in a raiding guild do not upgrade it yet as elegon is released , if you cant raid much or reach elegon then upgrade it , but prioritize upgrading the relic since its a BiS already.

I would also recommand the things Orga said: Relic of Xuen and Bottle of Infinite Stars have the desired stats (mastery + agility). I just don't have the money to get the Relic of Xuen (or the luck with RDF bags) so I use other things.

Terros in the mist gives crit, which does very little towards Shaman DPS, same goes for Searing Words. Even though I use Searing Words because of yeh.... people never want to kill Lorewalker in Temple of Jade Serpent for Windswept Pages.

Other good options would be the Jade Bandit from MSV trash, but you were very lucky with the RDF bag it seems.

How bout BIS trinkets? I mean, once you're full BIS on all slots, would Xuen and the Bottle still be good?
And another question, would the HC Elite shoulders from Protectors be somehow better than HC Tier?

Those are bis no matter what gear you have on your self (5.1) , relic even beats LFR talisman or some other ToT trinket cant remember.

Elite shoudlers are better , yes because that is the only elite piece you can acquire so it is better than the tier shoulder , not sure if you have 5 piece and want to get rid of one piece tho.
