A friend is hacked

So i was sleeping... And when i woke up the next morning and logged on, I heard from my friend that her account has been hacked, And it was her EX-boy friend who did it for pure revenge.

Her characters were Madixoo, Madipooc, and Madinuggets, and Zandria, all her gear, gold and items are gone ( and proffesions on all characters)... My friend isn't familiar with the forums thus the reason i do it.

Hes characters name are Godwarr, Diablous, and Venrukii.

I don't think that anything can be done in this scenario, since this is the account owner's fault for not keeping his/her account safe and sharing it to other people.Although some items can be restored if you provide screenshots to the staff to show that you had them before LUL
