Bug description: I did the quest on a rogue. I was Sub, after i did it artifact new traits didn't showed up, i thought i need 34 ranks (i had 32 or something) anyway. On artifact nothing changed. Some people told me i need to do it on assa and outlaw again. I tried to did it on Assa but the quest doesn't show up. So the problem is sub artifact is the same and the quest to do it on assa doesn't show up and still nothing changed.
