A question to you rogue players

Let me paint the image for you.

2v2 hpala+dk vs spriest+rogue

My partner (the dk) dies and the rogue`s partner dies as well. l`m left with the Rogue. After a few tries of wanting to stun him and not being able to (HoJ was just not getting cast), he gets me kinda low HP and l decide to try again. This time he was Immune.

Now please explain to me how the hell does a rogue become immune to stun? Cloak of Shadows message is "Miss", there was no DR and no possible auras he could have gained.

Ideas are welcome. If he`s a hacker, l want to be able to report him.

Duration 6 seconds
School Holy
Mechanic Stunned
Dispel type Magic
GCD category Normal

Cloak of Shadows
Instant 1 min cooldown
Requires Rogue
Requires level 58
Instantly removes all existing harmful spell effects, provides a brief moment of immunity against magical damage and harmful effects, and then causes you to resist all spells for 5 sec.

The only problem is, there is no "brief moment of immunity" as l tested later in duels with a friend. Even if l try stunning him the exact second he pops Cloak, the message is still "Miss", not "Immune".
