Bug description: Garothi Worldbreaker has two Intermissions during the encounter (either at 60% and 20% or 65% and 35% health depending on difficulty). However during the first intermission after killing either Annihilation or Decimation, the boss stays in intermission. The remaining weapon - either Annihilation or Decimation also stays active. After killing the second weapon during the first intermission the encounter is soft-locked. Garothi remains inactive and untargetable. this blocks off the rest of the raid.
