What is this error and how to get rid of them??

SZ_GetSpace: overflow without FSB_ALLOWOVERFLOW set on Server Reliable

and

Can't use keys or values with a \

server can run 2-3-10 hours or 1 day, but then suddenly this error, when changing maps. Here's a screenshot of this error:

server crashed when 10 minutes have elapsed on the map zm_toxic_house2

I noticed when
Server - 32 slots and when enter >25 server offline with bug!
24> - server normal !
What should I do?

There are some bugged maps, I got some of these errors on fun_allinone and scoutzknivez, I know you don't use them but that may be the same cause in your case... the map. Try deleting it and have the server use the other maps to see if it crashes
