Iese de pe server

deci am si eu o problema la cs..

de fiecare data, adica aproape de fiecare data cand intru pe vreun server, exact cand imi vine spawn.. imi iese de pe server..sau dupa 2-3 runde.. cum i se nazare lui sa ma scoata de pe server.. si nu-mi da niciun mesaj, nimic.. asa pur si simplu.. am incercat sa il reinstalez, si tot asa face..
