Problem with character.

Hello , today on May 5th i've transfered my character " Frostshotz" from Genesis to Exodus but it got lost it. I made a ticket about that and the Game master sayed to me to make a post in the forum. I don't know if anyone can help me , but please if someone of you Game Masters is able to get back my character i will be so grateful .

I am sorry if this is not the right section about that post.
