Greetings! I'm trying to get my paladin back but I forgot the email that I used. The character's name is Leo on Genesis realm. I would appreciate your help! Thank you!

The only Leo character on Genesis is a lvl 9 on a spanish account, doesn't look to be yours.

Unfortunately that is not possible, we cannot delete other players' characters, they may be using them as banks. You will have to choose a new name (or try another realm where your name may be available)
