Bug description: every time u change your appearnce of artifact when u relog it changes back to the main ( base ) appearnce.
so in better word very time u log off and log in ur artifact apearnce always become the basic main one...

Confirmed, however if you equip a different weapon that's not your artifact weapon and then transmog it to the Legion apperances, it will stay.
