About DONATE for some spesific items with tooltips...

If I wish to donate for a PvP 2H S11 Elite item: "Catalysmic Gladiator's Greatsword" and it has a tooltip at vendor (Glorious Conq. Quartermaster) saying that it needs a specific BG / Arena rating or 15700 Conq. Pt. etc.. and I dont have neither BG rating nor Conquest Pt. ..
Question: If I donate for that sword even I dont have enough values on tooltip , can I equip and use it in game ?

Yes, you can equip it. The requirement is only for the moment you buy that item.
