About Profession and the Pack bought in the store

I bought a pack for 2 professions, and I chose leather and skinning, the pack they apply in the game, is 150/150, but inside the game it's different !!!
Zandalar - 175/175
Legion - 150/150
Draenor - 150/150
Terralem - 150/150
Pandarian - 150/150
Nortundria - 150/150
Cataclism - 150/150
Normal - 300/300
There are some that are 75/75, and there are some professional missions that we couldn't do, from legion for example, NPC "Mei Frances" from dalaran, there is a dialogue for the mission, but she only opens the sales shop, has a mission of legion leather that asks to tame a monster to get the mount, the monster doesn’t exist on the spot, and in the skinning profession, it has a mission to do to get the leathers, but doesn’t find it, and has a stomach that is bought by a npc in dalaran in the sewers, gone !!!!
Everything about the profession is incomplete, I tried to study the 300/300 leatherworkers, I ended up erasing the profession and studying again to see if it would be corrected, but it's all 1/300 and 1/150, I thought whoever completes the profession , is registered in his conquests, and when he puts it again, everything would be filled and not having to study everything again !!!
At the auction, whoever was at the time that the expansion was legion, has all the leathers to sell, I who bought the pack and went after the missions can't learn the skinning techniques I wanted, vile leather for example has in the auction !!
Can my character and "Demonshadown" correct my profession for me?
