About a nasty Ninja (have proof)

Dear Fellow players,
In this topic,your are going to remember not to join this player's pug raid.The player is called Becks.He is a prot warrior.As we killed the boss from BH called Alizabal 2 t13 items dropped + a pvp item.The tier items were Necrotic Boneplate Armguards and Colossal Dragonplate Legplates.After we rolled the dk items,he gave the item to probably his friend although he did not won it.Another guy bet more than his friend...As you can see in the following picture,i rolled more than him for the colossal item (despite the fact that i was the only warrior in the raid which was dps and i won the items without any roll but nvm...) and he just gave it to himself + the cataclysm cloak and left the raid...I have picture proof + some friends who can proof what i am writing here (biteme,taurenpalaa,syracuse and some other but forgot their names ...)

P.S I were told two things:
1.A player who is caught of ninja-ing gets 1 month of ban + items taken (which he had ninja-ed)
2.If i post a screenshot that proof i won that item and i do not receive it because of ninja-ing,Gm can give it back to me (which would be fair)

I'm sorry for taking your time but this is a kinda serious problem because if he does not get punihsed,he might ninja items which would improve other player's dps,respectively hps.

I Demand for Justice and would be extremely grateful if Gm add the Colossal item to my bad:)

Neither of those are true.
1. Ninjing is not punishable, and for gods sake, these are just ingame items...
2. If this was true, then I should've had Akirus heroic long before the PTR was opened, heroic tank and dps chests, legs and hands, heroic resto hands and legs and a whole shitload of heroic items in my bag because somebody ninja-ed them on a raid. Well sadly i'm still tanking alizabal with a normal akirus and a world BoE tank chest. And frankly I stopped thinking about those things a long time ago.

The ninja leader just gets bad reputation among all exodus players(provided that most of them read the forum). Nothing more.

you could always remind everyone that he's a ninja when he's making a raid or joining one, make his life on the server hell, he also has a lock alt named Pitzylock

I just want to know if any Gm is going to "recover" my lost item although i have understood shhnedo's words pretty well.
