About the PVE packs on the shop

Hello dear players and staff. I want to ask about the PVE packs that are offered on the shop. Some of them say that they give 3 max ilvl relics for your artifact but from the 14 items that I can chose and their drop menu's I do not see any relics. How do I chose which relics I want when they are not in the 14 item drop menu's? Do I get to chose them after I log in the game?
