Abundance Talent bugged?

is it bugged out of pvp it says that decreseces the cast time of HT with 10% and in pvp it goes to 5%. I dont see anything on the internet that says it should go down so im asking is it bugged? Ive seen pvp guides that are using it with 10% in pvp i dont understand[/img]

Abundance now reduces the cast time of Healing Touch by 5% per Rejuvenation active in PvP situations (was 10%).

There was a hotfix for this.

Posting a new BUG REPORT has to follow the template you get when opening a new topic or it can be instantly rejected.
