Bug description: This Spells on Darkmoon Steam Tonk does work correct you have to shoot at a target when you move. This is not the case here.

Since 15 players completed it(last completion a long time ago), it may be a bugged achievement, probably completed only by staff members for whatever reason. Also, it is not excluded that it could've bugged in the meantime.
Let's wait until someone from staff either confirms or rejects this.
