Bug description: discovering objects does not count for achivment ( i did not try them all but 1 , 2 are enought for achivment to "fail")
Proof: https://imgur.com/a/nX7SRJ9 ( i have the pet from Aerto and mount from "cache of the moon ", and as we can see they are not "green" in the list
