Right and Left dragons should be OUTSIDE ActionBar, They are in second slot?
I have tried on different resolution, and i have no addons

Delete cache and see if that fixes it

I deleted all game directory,
Downloaded the launcher again, and re-installed everything from zero
The problem still persist.
I use the 1920 x 1080 resolution, fullscreen(windowed) setting.
My computer is a Intel I5-4570 with Windows 10

Any suggestion?

Edit: Alina Zagitova told me, there is possibility to change experience rate?
