Bug description: the conduits does not gives primary state over recieving the heals (conduit has no effect and not works)
Proof: can't be shown with screen shots but you can just test it by picking the conduit at your soulbind tree and then have someone cast a healing spell on you. nothing will happen regarding the mentioned conduit effect.
