Add Coin of Many Faces to Vote Shop

Since the NPCs that drop the toy are not spawned, I would like to suggest that the toy gets added into the "Fun Items" section in the Vote Shop. Since the toy itself is not a "Legion content", I assume it would be easier to add it to the Vote Shop, rather than wait for a fix.

The NPC's should only spawn during Hallows End.
I got the toy last year in 7.2.5 I dont know if something changed but hallows end will start in 21 days, also its aviable in Donor Shop but not in vore point shop

Good to know, hopefully it'll be spawned by Hallow's End as intended. It's just a little skeptical because World Event NPCs show as "Only visible during event", yet these NPCs are not spawned at all.
