[Alchemy] Legion - Wild Transmutation: Rank 3

Bug description: Legion Wild Transmutation rank 3 (I can't try it on other ranks) is creating the item shown below in the image, it can't be used and doesn't disappear on relog, it can be traded, sold on AH, put in guild bank etc, this item shouldn't appear and instead should be a transmutation from a random one of the transmutations you've already unlocked I.E:

Transmute: Cloth to Skins
Transmute: Fish to Gems
Transmute: Meat to Pants
Transmute: Meat to Pet
Transmute: Ore to Cloth
Transmute: Ore to Herbs
Transmute: Skins to Herbs
Transmute: Skins to Ore

UPDATE: It happened again, I just logged in, did my daily transmute so it's not random now it's happening on a constant, the pic from my top post I took last night but I was too busy to make a post until today, I logged into the game as I was making the post, posted then went into the game and did my transmute.

The transmute has been bugged ever since 7.1.5
