Alchemy bug

Bug description: alchemy
Proof: look at my alchemy.....ive done the questline...but somehow I missed 4 potions and all flasks...now I cant redo the quest..cause ive done them all ..so none avalible to me...potions are toward the end of questline.leytorrent,old war,unbinding..i don't have these and cant figure out how to get them...as lady in dala alch station don't sell them to me..and there are no quest's left.....anyone have an idea?

Was your last quest a journey into the deep vaults of wardens where you had to slay some evil foe behind an hidden door?
Then you forgot to loot Grimoria for the followup quest item.

yes...I thought I did loot grim tho..then I got the glass thing from the floor...then I turned it in

yep sure enough went back to grimoria in votw slayed her and looted the quest item....thx
