Bug description: Alliance players can befriend Undercity faction, which obviously shouldn't happen.
This is due to undead NPCs in Forsaken High Command (Silverpine Forest zone) being neutral instead of hostile. A player can take a quest that'll raise reputation to friendly.

I believe it is possible to go further and get friendly with every main Horde faction.
