Terrible drop rate to say the least. I haven't been able to get one yet. I easily completed all the other fish requirements but this one seems impossible. I have multiple stacks of 200 fish and have used bait, tried in pools (seems worse as far as fish and the wrong fish that doesn't even match the pool you fish in), and even the spoiler location didn't work for me. Could be terrible luck, but we're talking 100's of tries in most known locations.

The best place to fish is supposed to be Broken Shore and I've had no luck there either.

I caught all the fish within an hour, and I can't catch the ancient black Barracuda for two days. It's probably bugged. Only Cursed Queenfish are caught from holes with black Barracuda.

Thank you. I tested your position (near to flypoint and bridge), also using Decayed Whale Blubber and the fish appear, I got the achievement at least.
