Appearance not collected (Leveling chest items)

Bug description:

I can't collect some rare (blue) soulbound items' appearances. These items came from Leveling chests (Outland) and after I bind them to my character their appearances are still not collected somehow. My character is a paladin (plate wearer) and the items are also plate. I've tried to log out and log in again but it didn't help. Happened with some other leveling chest items too but these are the ones that I have a picture of.
