Hello, how can I get the moon winged owl? I have two druids but only one has it and the other doesn't, can I get it?

Hey there!

You should be able to swap to that flight form by speaking to the NPC that allows you to swap between the flight forms. However, this NPC is currently not spawned as reported here.

Once the NPC is spawned, you can talk to her and obtain the Legion class hall variant (as class mount are account-wide, druid form included.)
