Arena season reset

EN: For those that don't know, there has been a topic where we were discussing about resetting the current arena season. We have decided to reset the season (only the ratings/MMRs). I'll try to respond to various questions / pro/cons arguments you guys may have:
- conquest points / conquest points cap / gear will NOT reset
- main reason for reset: various bugs/exploits/etc were fixed, season can be much more balanced now
- we will NOT give rewards
- main reason for no rewards: various game breaking bugs and exploits (some of them listed here) (yes, we know not everyone exploited, but those who did are most likely in the top)
- given the fact that there will be no actual rewards, there's no reason to postpone the reset too much, so we will reset it Monday morning (4th April)
- no, the apparently random +25 rating is NOT a bug, it's a rating/MMR equalization the server makes, it's blizzlike (partially explained here and here)
- people complaining about insanely high ratings/MMRs: those are normal due to the fact that those players with high rating play constantly (some of them have thousands of games) and they constantly win and lose and due to the fact that MMR increases easier than it decreases, the ratings will continuously increase (there is a blizzlike explanation of how this system works here, unfortunately it's in Romanian)
- people complaining about "what are low gear people going to do now? they will play in arenas with fully geared players": well, this will ALWAYS be the same, regardless of when we reset it, there will ALWAYS be new players

Important info about new seasons:
- The new season that will begin on 4th April will be TYRANNICAL SEASON with Tyrannical rewards at the end of it (when we switch to phase 3), it will probably last ~2-3+ months (the estimated time for implementing phase 3)
- When we switch to phase 3, Prideful gear will be introduced and GRIEVOUS SEASON will begin then. After a couple of months, we will end grievous season with grievous rewards and begin the final PVP season from MoP: PRIDEFUL SEASON which will end with prideful rewards

P.S.: We know, not everyone is happy with this decision, we can't satisfy everyone, sorry for those that are against this reset.

RO: Pentru cei care nu stiti, a fost o discutie despre resetarea sezonului de pvp actual. Am decis sa resetam sezonul (doar ratings/MMR). O sa incerc sa raspund la diverse intrebari / nemultumiri ati putea avea:
- conquest points / conquest points cap / gear NU vor fi resetate
- principalul motiv pentru reset: diverse bugs/exploits/etc au fost reparate, sezonul poate fi mult mai balansat acum
- NU vom oferi rewards
- principalul motiv pentru no rewards: diverse game breaking bugs si exploits (unele din ele listate aici) (da, stim, nu toata lumea a folosit exploit, dar cei care au folosit sunt probabil in top)
- avand in vedere ca nu dam rewards, nu avem motiv sa nu dam resetul cat mai repede, asadar vom reseta sezonul luni dimineata (4 aprilie)
- nu, acel +25 rating aparent random NU e bug, e o egalizare intre rating/MMR si e blizzlike (e explicat partial aici si aici)
- cei care va plangeti de ratinguri/MMR mari: sunt normale din cauza faptului ca acei playeri joaca foarte des (unii au mii de meciuri) care castiga si pierd constant, iar din cauza faptului ca MMR-ul creste mai usor decat scade, ratingurile vor continua sa creasca (o explicatie pentru acest mecanism blizzlike avem aici)
- cei care va plangeti de "ce o sa face cei low gearead acum? vor juca contra celor high geared": tot timpul vor fi new players care vor fi low geared, indiferent cand si cum dam reseturile, va fi aceeasi situatie

Informatii importante despre noile sezoane:
- Sezonul care va incepe acum pe 4 aprilie va fi TYRANNICAL SEASON cu rewards Tyrannical la sfarsitul acestuia (atunci cand vom trece la phase 3), probabil va dura ~2-3+ luni (cam atat aproximam ca mai dureaza pana la phase 3)
- Cand trecem la phase 3, vom introduce Prideful gear iar atunci va incepe GRIEVOUS SEASON. Dupa cateva luni, vom incheia grievous season cu grievous rewards si vom incepe ultimul sezon de PvP din MoP: PRIDEFUL SEASON care se va finaliza cu prideful rewards

P.S.: Da, stim, nu toata lumea e multumita cu aceasta decizie, nu putem satisface pe toata lumea, ne cerem scuze fata de cei care sunt impotriva acestei decizii
