[Argus] Agent of the All-Seer buff

Bug description: When you dismount from Grand Expedition Yak or Traveler's Tundra Mammoth(Horde Link)(Traveler's Tundra Mammoth(Alliance Link)) most of times they get bugged(buff removed but mount's skin persist) and Agent of the All-Seer is removed.
I noticed this issue occur with these 2 mounts since they get bug almost every time you use them.

Buff should be removed only when you die, logout or take some teleport.
