Artifact trait bug with Truthguard after obtaining Underlight Angler

Bug description: I did the quest for the fishing artifact https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=133755&&name=underlight-angler today after the fix for it. And i purchased the first trait for it. But now my paladin artifact https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=128866&&name=truthguard is bugged. I'm unable to progress Concordance of the legionfall any further. I was at 63 traits before getting underlight but now it says I have 59. And trying to put points int concordance says "all other traits must be purchased" I'm not sure what to do now.

Please delete your cache and try to reset your traits.

Edit: I checked on my mage and priest and they dont have the option to reset traits at their respective NPC's either.

I'm still having this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I don't know if it's possible but could someone on the staff team manually reset my artifact traits for Truthguard? The NPC you show above doesn't have the dialog option to reset traits. I'd just like to have the traits back that bugged out. I don't mind having to grind AP again or whatever it takes. Thanks in advance

For now, are you able to put a trait in Consecration and then in Condordance?

I am yeah, just don't have enough AP right now. Since I posted this my judgement trait bugged as well, and it seems kinda pointless to grind AP for it if Underlight is just going to bug it again next time I want to use it. It's really unfortunate. But I understand there's going to be bugs. I hope it's not difficult to fix or remedy.

I will leave this topic open, maybe someone else experiences the same issue with another class.
For now I wasn't able to reproduce this, but I will check more to see if something can be done and let you know!

i have same problem i get https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=133755&&name=underlight-angler traits and when i go to my https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=128866&&&&name=truthguard trait i see its reseted a bit i was trait 65 and when i go to get a new trait i see that is 55

I have an issue about artifact weapon level, which name '' Truthguard '' after i have claimed '' Underlight Angler '' my 72 weapon level droopped to 55 and now i can't even complete weapon tier upgrades

and also there is no way to reset my points , cuz it's not ressetting where it point at forums at all
