Artifact weapon for blood spec disappeared

Details. I did the mount questline in blood spec. I went to class hall and logged out. I log in again and I can't find my blood artifact weapon along with the three relics. Maw of the damned. I checked my bags and bank too. It's not there. As far as I know we can't destroy/sell artifact weapon and artifact notes by ourselves. Nevertheless I'm sure my account wasn't hacked as nothing else is missing and intact on my alts. Please restore it.

I used the recover deleted items and got 2 items back. I hope that's okay. I got the artifact weapon. Please ignore the earlier text
