Artifact weapon purchase preventing order hall unlock

Details: (optional): I purchased a boost along with artifact weapon unlock. The problem is that since I already have the weapons I can't complete the quests and unlock the order hall.
Would refunding the artifact weapons fix it?

So, to give a clear answer, as there are two possible scenarios that could happen and I'm not sure which one you found yourself in:

1) In case you have the weapons AND still have the artifact acquisition quest: Exit the game and delete the Cache folder, then log back in and replay the scenario. It will now detect that you already have the weapon and let you pass the stage in which you need to pick it up again.

2) In case you bought the weapons and DON'T have the quest, just go to your class hall and grab the next quests from there. Purchasing artifact weapons auto-completes the artifact acquisition for you.
