This is not a bug.
You need Renown 80 on your main character in order to buy that item for your other chars.

You can only have 1 covenant's abilities on characters that are not level 60.
I recommend sticking with your old Covenant (Kyrian) until you reach level 60 - then change to Venthyr again - yo ... |
