Assault on the Dark Portal - Altar Altercation

Bug description: Escort Ariok to the Bleeding Altar does not work. This is the order that I progress the quest. Speaking with Ariok, destroying 3 blood rituals, and finding khadgar near the bridge. The credit for escorting Ariok should be completed when you are near the ritual area but I do not get credited.

I believe this is crucial and needs to be fixed because we are unable to visit our Garrison. Since nothing happens when using the garrison heartstone, I believe you have implemented the "Assault on the Dark Portal" quests and they are required to be able to use our heartstones. At least that comes from my assumptions. If there is no need to complete these quests, please let me know the intended way to visit our garrisons.

Meeting Khadgar near the bridge is also credited, but escorting Ariok should be credited before this

Note: The MoP and WoD zones are being re-worked, I would recommend not testing them for now and focus on the Legion content during the PTR.
