Hello.

The Amulet isn't even spawned for me, tried with multiple chars.
Can you try to redo this quest with another character and tell me if it is there?

its showed me I have to kill the monster but I cant attack it loot object Is empty so you only have to make monster to be killable I think amulet can be looted from him
