Bug description: I have killed the NPC and Stellagosa does not appear on the platform to turn in. I have redone the quest 3 times and also deleted my cache in between attempts with no result.

Try unstucking and abandoning all quests you have and try again with this quest

I have exactly the same problem as the initial writer here
I tried unstuck, clear cache, without addons, all with no luck
Also tried on a different computer no luck either
character name is Axonix

There were dozens of other players doing the same quest here, wondering why Stellagosa was not there.
Please let a GM check it out ingame to see all players struggling with this quest...

Edit: After a server restart, the quest worked fine for me

I just tried unstucking and abandoning all quests, picked up the quest again and then killed Ael'Yith.

Senagosa is still not showing up so i can't turn in the quest.

Please fix this soon, as this questline is a requirement to continue on Balance of Power questline.
