Azsuna reputation bugged/no quests

Hello, i decided to post my problem here after 16 letters I exchanged with GM didn't result in solving it.
I got stuck in a quest chain in Azsuna and I am not able to get friendly reputation with Court of Farondis, which is very important because I will not be able to do world quests without it. Here is the problem : I went to every NPC in Azsuna and none has a quest for me, also there are no outgoing quests in that area in my quest log.
Here is what I have done until now:
-Checked the quest chain and all quests in Azsuna on the internet and went to every NPC to search for them just in case i missed one, or i accidentally abandoned quest
so i could retake it and move on-no quests available.
- Runed the macro GM messaged that supposed to show me finished and unfinished quests-it either showed me that quests are NOT finished or didnt show me anything at all, which is odd since i did many quests and have 2560 reputation points.
-Downloaded questing add on wholly and Grail, many quests on the map are marked red (which means needs prerequisites), yellow quests on map are nowhere to be found, no green quests( finished quests) i made sure to check options in my add on panel few times.
-Exited game, disabled add-ons, deleted cashe
-Prayed to old gods and the new
Its been 4 days how I am trying to solve this, I cannot move on without finishing it, I really dont know what to do anymore.
I just want to be able to do world quests like anybody else, please help me.

The quest-line is working as intended.

Regarding completing the Azsuna chapter "Behind Legion Lines" please see quest Dark Revelations from NPC Demon Hunter located in western Azsuna.
