B.D. named admin/vip keeps kicking me without telling me why

Hey, I've played CS for a long time through steam. Recently found your great uwc3 server. I really enjoy playing theree. Until B.D. named admin/vip started to kick me for no obvius reason. I tried to go to the server and ask him and the others what i am doing to deserve to be kicked. He just says "out" and kicks me. N3|3UNU| said once that my nick was bad, I changed from -b to -beastiE^, didn't help. Tried another nick. Didn't help. I'm really interrested to know how come I get kicked without me even knowing why I'm kicked.

This all happened on 28.3.2012 around 14.15 to 14.25(GMT+2) or something like that. Is it really proper behaviour to just continuously kick someone and not tell them why even though one tries to ask what one did wrong?

ok, you must understand the reason that i didn't let u play, so:
first of all you play with aimbot
second of all your name must be from minimum 3 charcaters, but since you have played with aimbot you will never play here again understand?
and my curiosity you were playing here a few months ago with another name right?...ronn moss if i'm not wrong?...

I must beg to differ with you. I have never used such illegal tools as aimbot. I don't need them, I don't like them and those kinds of programs just spoil the game for others. I would have watched that demo you sent, but my CS is steam version so I couldn't watch it, but I assure you I don't play with aimbot. If theres some way i can prove it to you i will. You must understand here that i have player cs for like 7 or 8 years and in that time I've really learned to shoot. I would really want other vips/admin to review that demo, if possible. Preferrably someone with long time experience from the game. I'm not saying you aren't a good admin or anything. I'm just saying I'm not using any aimbots or something like that. Would be stupid to use them.

I was not aware of your min 3 character name rule. I will from now on forwards play with a proper nick. And no, I have not played on your servers or any other servers with the name ronn moss or anything even similar to that. And i haven't played on your servers months ago. If i remember correctly I've played here like for 1-2 weeks.

Again, I must tell you that I am not using any aimbots/whs/esps or any other program/script/cheat while I play. If there is a way for you to be convinced of that I will gladly make that happen. Like recording gameplay with fraps or something. And again sorry for the inconvinience I may have caused. I really like playing on your server and I hope honest and fair players will not be punished for doing something they didn't do.

EDIT: "viewdemo b-.dem" gave an error, "playdemo b-.dem" worked fine, so now I have seen the demo and to be honest I did nothing even close to what players with aimbots do. I can upload a demo with a player clearly using aimbot and you'll see the difference. http://www.2shared.com/file/IH1J6jFE/ellogrizli.html There you go. You'll see the player shooting continiously and right when the enemy's head comes visible to the aimbotter, his aim is pointed wierdly to his head decpite the fact that he was not shooting even close to that point before. I have been admin on other servers and have seen many aimbotters/cheaters in my life and I assure you, that demo you sent me is as clean as it gets. There are many times where an aimbotter would have killed the enemy with his/her aimbot. I must again ask other admins/moderators to watch the demo and see for themselves. Anyone with proper experience and knowledge of the game mechanics and cheating should see easily that I have not used any game aiding programs on that demo you sent me. Hope we will get a proper disclosure to the matter after some reviews of the demo you took of me. Thank you once again.

One more thing, as I was playing with nick -b before and your system saves the xp to the database by name, when I change my nick my xp will be resetted. I was wondering if it is possible for someone to give me my xp from -b to -beastiE^ ? I'm not really going to play on the server before we get some decision and possibly my xp transferred as it really takes some time to get that xp. But thats after some proper reviewing of the demos provided and the decision made after that.

Have you watched the demo I sent? And did you see any difference between my shooting and the shooting of ello? Also to be exact, your demo would not be taken as evidence on such sites as steambans.com because you didn't use status command after starting to record. If you don't do that the players steam ids are not recorded to the demo and so it is possible for example to fake the aimbotting by playing with my nick, using cheats and recording that action. That could be used to even fake so that seems like you or any other player would have cheated.

EDIT: Isn't amx_superss just the tool to see if one is using any visible cheats? Just a example how I could possibly get you realize I'm not using cheats.

EDIT2: Watched the demo you took of me again, and noticed I made 2 or 3 headshots and those were both on pretty much stationary targets. The first one I flanked so he didn't even notice me, the second one was AFK and I shot him in the head.

I've seen some weird demos and it was hard to tell if the person have had hacks or not, but this one is pretty clear to me.

EDIT: I think it was k3nt or something like that who banned me this time. I'm really looking forward to your judgement on the demo and the screenshots. And now im thinking if I should have made a new topic to the reclamation place or just continue here as this all is kinda related.

EDIT: the demo is really long so there should be more than enough evidence to show I'm not using anything. I'm really curious now how much it will take to convince you I'm not using any cheats. Would be nice to have someone else look at the screenshots and demo aswell, so anyone, feel free to check it out and post what you think.
