Is it possible to unlock the vulpera on Battle for Azeroth PTR? Thanks in advance!

Although the patch is 8.3.7, the content is from the first BfA patch (8.0.1) so the only ones that can be unlocked are the Iron Dwarfs and the Orc Mag'har
