BFA campaign map problem.

Hello, i need help. I'm 120 assassination rogue. I'm doing the BFA campaign in Zuldazar but i can't do the Zandalari Empire campaign (I already did the Nazmir and Vol'dun ). I have a exlamation mark on the map but when i click on it i see only map and nothing to click on.

Do somebody know what should i do?
